A Fast Asian-Inspired Soup using Ramen Noodles

Some of you might asked yourself "Can Ramen Noodles taste good"?
You can make a fast five minute soup using Ramen as a basic ingredient. Cook three cups of water instead of two in a pot. In a pan cook 1 pound of lean ground beef with oil, finely minced garlic, 1/4 pound small-cut mushroomssome red pepper flakes, salt, ground black pepper. When the meat starts to brown, add soy sauce and some curry. Take another pan and prepare three eggs as scrambled eggs and when done, chop it into small pieces.

When the water is cooking, turn the burner off, and brake the noodles into small pieces and stirr for two minutes. Add the flavor package that comes with the noodles. If you use ground beef, use the beef flavor, if you use shrimp or fish instead, go for shrimp flavor.

Add the meat and eggs and the soup is ready. I like to serve it in Chineese bowls, it looks even better that way.
